By purchasing from us on SowYummy.ca, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service.
 

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependants to use this site.

 

PAYMENTS

Our store is hosted on Wix.com. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The security of our financial transactions is extremely important to us.  Wix Payments complies with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS).

PCI Compliance

​

The PCI DSS is the highest information security standard for organizations or companies that accept credit card payments. This standard provides protection of the privacy and confidentiality of the card's data used to complete the online transaction. It helps to create a secure environment by improving the quality of the cardholder data in order to reduce the rate of credit card fraud cases. In addition, it ensures that the data for each payment is stored securely in a tamper-proof manner.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

​

Subscriptions are billed automatically to your selected payment method according to the policy of the plan you selected. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. If you cancel after the cycle cut off date, cancellation will take effect for the following cycle. Check Our Calendar to confirm where we are in the cycle.

ORDERING & DELIVERY

 

To ensure utmost freshness of our product we grow our crops to order and deliver them right after harvest. Orders are planted, harvested, and delivered according to our Production and Delivery Calendar.  This Calendar may be updated from time to time, Check Our Calendar for current information when ordering.

Deliveries to residential customers are made Sundays between 9am and 6pm. In the event of certain holidays we schedule delivery earlier in the week. Check Our Calendar to see if a holiday impacts delivery.

 

We always hope to deliver orders directly into the hands of a recipient, however that is not always possible.  In those cases we will safe drop your order where appropriate, or as reasonably instructed by you. During periods of hot and cold weather, we ask that you leave a cooler in an accessible location into which we can deliver your orders when someone isn't home to receive it, to protect your greens from extreme temperatures.

In the event of severe weather conditions, acts of nature, or any other overwhelming event of which effects could not possibly be prevented your delivery may need to be delayed. Should such an instance occur we will be in touch.

FREE SAMPLES

​

Free Samples are limited to one per residence.

​

CANCELLATIONS

​

Because we grow to order we are unable to accept cancellations after the cut off date. However, we want you to be happy. Should unexpected circumstances arise please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

If you cancel after the cycle cut off date, cancellation will take effect for the following cycle. Check Our Calendar to confirm where we are in the cycle.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons. The date of the most recent update is and will be located at the top of this page.
